Rili is a selection pattern rather than a species: these are Neocaridina davidi bred so that the body colour breaks and leaves a clear midsection. The Wikipedia species article describes the red, yellow, blue, green, violet, chocolate, black, white and ghost lines and the pigment cells behind each one, but Rili appears there only in two photograph captions, with nothing written about the form itself. Seriously Fish and FishBase cover fishes rather than shrimp, and SeaLifeBase did not load. The care values in the data sheet are therefore not verified against an independent published source; the entry is flagged for owner review.
