What this policy covers

The Aquatic-Art catalogs, calculators, and reference content are free to use. This policy applies only to the optional paid Pro subscription. There is nothing to pay for — and nothing to refund — when you use the free site.

Who processes your payment

Pro subscriptions are sold and billed by Paddle, our merchant of record. Paddle handles checkout, payment processing, applicable taxes, and refunds on our behalf. Their buyer terms also apply to your purchase.

14-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with Pro, request a refund within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full — no questions asked. Refunds are returned to your original payment method.

Renewals and cancellations

Pro renews automatically each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account billing page or the Paddle receipt; cancellation stops future charges and you keep Pro access until the end of the period you already paid for. Renewal charges after the first 14 days are non-refundable except where required by law.

How to request a refund

Email us at the address shown in the site footer, or visit our Contact page, with the email address you used at checkout and your order or receipt number. You can also reply to the Paddle purchase receipt. We aim to respond within a few business days.

Your statutory rights

This policy does not limit any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under the laws of your country or region (for example, EU/UK rights for digital purchases). Where local law grants stronger protections, those apply.
