Description

An aquarium CO2 regulator reduces cylinder pressure, a fine adjustment valve controls delivery, and a solenoid switches gas on or off. Coupling the solenoid to a timer allows the CO2 supply to follow the lighting schedule. Select these parts as a compatible system. Check the pressure-reduction design as well as the gauges. CO2Art’s Pro-SE has dual-stage construction and two pressure gauges. HC003-US has two gauges, but its specification does not establish a dual-stage design. Two dials alone do not identify two pressure-reduction stages. Match the cylinder thread and power supply to the actual regulator. HC003-US uses a CGA320 connection, an aluminium-alloy body and a 12V DC solenoid. Check the matching adapter and maintenance directions; these specifications do not apply to every regulator.
